“This property is disgusting. We had paid for four nights and ended up only staying one night due to there being bugs in the bed. Our faucet was busted, there was yellow stains all over our sheets. Our bathroom had no door frame. And we had planned with our family member who had just graduated from the army to go back to the hotel and swim, but we cannot do so because there was dead frogs in the pool. The hotel felt so nasty for my kids.”

“The room was clean but the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. Then it started to beep every 20 seconds. The lights on each side of the bed didn’t work. The shower needs to be updated and the shower curtain had mode on it. The staff I encountered were nice and helpful. For a one night stay was ok. But I wouldn’t recommend stay for several days until they get everything functional.”

“Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“We booked 4 nights. The room was not what we booked. The room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Hair every where. The toilet didn’t flush all the way so they provided an “extra trash can” for us to fill in the bath tub to use to pour down the toilet in order to flush it all the way. Out of all the light fixtures only 1 had a light bulb. The unit that held the fridge was broken and the fridge had black mold and a foul smell. Could not open without hitting your knuckles....

“The only issue we had with the property was the noise level. The room next door had TV on throughout the night. We could hear TV, conversations, even the microwave beep next door. The staff was very nice. The entire property was very clean.”

“We liked everything about Indigo Hotel. It has a lot of atmosphere, the facilities are modern & the decor inviting. We enjoyed reasonably priced meals on the outside patio, the pool & the rooftop view. The location is good. Will be back.”
