“We arrived late and were told Expedia had overbooked and they only had a king bed as opposed to the twin beds we requested. We were two men that had no intention of sleeping in the same bed, so my buddy ended up on the couch. We were seniors with some heavy luggage, and the lack of an elevator made it difficult for us. The girl at the desk was occupied visiting with her boyfriend and not sympathetic with our dilemma. They ran out of coffee in the morning, and the breakfast was not spectacular....
