“Close to a small park which was nice for walking the dog. Restaurant attached open for breakfast and lunch which was convenient. Property is older but is kept up okay.”

“Staff were helpful but we had some confusion after at checkout when they texted me that the key is not returned and they found it and apologized. The rooms are not bad but each room is slightly different. We had three rooms and one of them had issue sin lighting so quite dark. A/C is quite loud and blows directly to one of the beds, so you should either freeze or turn it off and tolerate the heat. Tried to let the windows open but the screens where not fit and there was a crack that allows...

“"Boutique Hotel" means small and no-frills. The room was small, and for two people there was only one small chair crammed into a corner. And for a two night stay it would have been nice to have a better view than the HVAC unit on the roof.”

“I thought the property was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable, however we were charged extra per person which wasn’t maxe clear during our Expedia purchase this bumped the price a fair bit and I felt like it wasn’t transparent enough.”

“The resort is convenient for travel to neighboring communities like Cumberland and Parksvillle. The early morning traffic noise filled our Chalet 11 facing the park each morning and evening past 9 pm. Recommending ear plugs yet nice to have breakfast with a water view. Patience will be needed for larger meals like when dicing food is required. You may need your own eating bowls, knives sharpener/sharpened, chopping/carving knives, food processor, or pressure cooker. Loved the jet tub ask for...
