“Receptionist was rude when i asked about my rooms air conditioning not working. Very dismissive and didn't seem to care about my dilemma. Sad considering how much i spent and that i was a returning customer. ”

“The room was not cleaned in the three days we stayed, i have reminded the front desk to clean it the second day that we are there to give them idea that the room was not cleaned but it was still not cleaned when we got there the afternoon. I called them and all they can do is to remove thrash, i got three kids and they can be messy. I told them maybe just a vacuum of the caroet but they said the cleaners left already. They did offer points but i dont think i will stay there again. The staff...

“Room was decent but I barely saw housekeeping , I had garbage in my room for the entire stay only saw housekeeping 1 time , the pool was extremely dirty , false advertisement, I was not able to use the pool , staff were decent , but I didn’t get any accommodation at all , there are people living in the hotel”

“The place was clean and tidy, the AC was effective, and staff was friendly and helpful. However, the shower was lukewarm or even cold and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. ”

“The staff were okay… The hotel was okay glad I only slept there and went and explored during the day. Halls smelt like weed and when we got there pictures were fallen off the walls and had to get a new room got to our new room and the tv did not have an HDMI cord so then we had to wait for them to see if they had one finally gave up and almost left due to everything not being right. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel I was honestly glad to get out of there ”
