“Well maintained property. Staff was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and decent. The downside was the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, our room was not vacuumed during our 5 day stay and weren’t made aware the option to have a microwave for the stay for an additional $10.”

“The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!”

“We've stayed at Ulysses several times over the years. For the first time we experienced a room without central AC. Our room had a small window unit that was not nearly adequate to keep the room cool during the 100º weather. Sleep was difficult. In the future, in the heat of the summer, I may plan to stay elsewhere.”

“I think it would be more helpful if this property were listed in a different accommodation category. 1. The photos gave us a very different impression from what we experienced. We were looking for a unique or upscale hotel stay, but the property felt more like a budget short-term rental. The surrounding neighborhood did not match our expectations and did not feel comfortable to us. 2. Parking was inconvenient. Street parking has time restrictions, and we were not comfortable leaving our car...
