“All was Wonderful, amazing mansion! Marvelous experience!”

“I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room.”

After driving two and a half hours from out of state, arriving at another subpar hotel, and having to quickly cancel our reservation, finding The Roost at the last minute truly felt heaven-sent. “Staff, especially Terrance, Brittany, and Issa, were exceptional! Their kindness and professionalism were extremely helpful!! Also, a big shout out to the housekeepers-the rooms and other spaces were spectacular!! Sadly it rained most of our trip and we could not enjoy the outdoor pool. The ducks did tho!”

“The rooms were nice however there was issue with the plumbing on the floor we stayed on. The drain was clogged which caused the drain to back up while taking a shower,unsanitary to say the least. The room was pretty decent, but could have used some dusting and more care in the cleaning department. I will say the Staff was very professional and accommodating. The hotel did take some money off the stay due to the plumbing issue. The view was decent.”
