“Staff was very helpful and the place was immaculate! Super convenient right across of the train station and close to the mall and Lawsons, 7-11. A laundromat was about an 11min walk. The room had a foot massager that saved my life! My feet were killing me!!! On our last day we had the buffet which was awesome!!! We will be back! Arigato gozaimasu!!!”

“Everything has been perfect. Two negative issues, for me do not comply with the standard of this hotel category level: the outdoor swimming pool has to be booked and payed separately; When the taxi service is fully booked, the staff didn't react proactively trying to solve the issue.”

“One room was clean, the other was worn and dated and not as clean. Although it was hot out the pool was not open. No option for Disney plus. We did not think it worth the money ”

“冷蔵庫が冷えないホテルが多い中、入れていた飲み物がすごく冷えててよかったです！ 強いて言えばテレビ前のところの机にも鏡があれば良かったです。あと、枕元にコンセントがあれば良かったです。シャトルバスの場所がわからず、駅から歩いたのも残念でした。”
