Two negative issues, for me do not comply with the standard of this hotel category level:
the outdoor swimming pool has to be booked and payed separately;
When the taxi service is fully booked, the staff didn't react proactively trying to solve the issue.”

“Rooms were very organized for the space. Clean and very well kept rooms/hotel. Robes and slippers provided. Great staff, very helpful to Americans. Lots of amenities, they had a small area if you forgot anything, you could pick it up free, like toothbrushes, combs etc. Close to lots of great food and shopping. ”

“ディズニーから無料のバスが定期的に出ていて、1人バスのスタッフがとてもユーモアある方でバスの移動中とても楽しかったです！
ティロワールのヘアトリートメントが嬉しかったです。
ひとつだけ、取った部屋がシャワールームしか無く一歳児を入れるのはとても苦労しました…😅
次は浴槽つきの部屋にするか子供用のお風呂を考えたいと思います(笑)”
