“Everything has been perfect. Two negative issues, for me do not comply with the standard of this hotel category level: the outdoor swimming pool has to be booked and payed separately; When the taxi service is fully booked, the staff didn't react proactively trying to solve the issue.”

“Staff was very helpful and the place was immaculate! Super convenient right across of the train station and close to the mall and Lawsons, 7-11. A laundromat was about an 11min walk. The room had a foot massager that saved my life! My feet were killing me!!! On our last day we had the buffet which was awesome!!! We will be back! Arigato gozaimasu!!!”

“Hotel was clean and modern, but rooms were very small even for Tokyo standards. Located in area far from any touristic spot or landmark, even Disney Resort. Barely staff available and lack of amenities including a restaurant. Rooms were very hot as well, with poor AC. They did not clean our room even staying for 3 nights. Ok for 1 night I guess, but not for spending more time. ”
