“Everything has been perfect. Two negative issues, for me do not comply with the standard of this hotel category level: the outdoor swimming pool has to be booked and payed separately; When the taxi service is fully booked, the staff didn't react proactively trying to solve the issue.”

“Everything was great! The location was excellent for families: we were in Toyosu for Kidzania and it’s just two stations away. Then the next day we headed to Disneyland and it’s just another two stations away. There aren’t many shops around but good enough for the night (the curry udon place near the station was great).
