But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. One confirmation number should have showed two rooms with different names

“We did really use the Internet while we were there so i cant say much about that. The room was very clean. The staff was amazing and kind. Couldnt ask for better staff. The air conditioning worked perfect. We slept perfect 👌. I recommend this place for sure. We will stay here again. ”

“The front desk clerk was unpleasant. The hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was average. We asked for a room on the mall side but were told they were fully booked. We found out later that was a lie because another couple was moved to a different room due to barking dogs. The highway was right outside our window so there was constant traffic noise all night. BTW I booked this room by accident. I tried to switch to a different Hampton Inn but it was a non-refundable room.”

“Nice stay, I enjoyed the bridge riverview from my room, but when I started wiping everything down it wasnt as clean as it appeared. A lot of dust and dirt on the light switches and surfaces. The restaurant was nice, but my entree wasnt salted (short ribs) and the drink tower (martini flight) came after all the food. It tasted horrible. Also, the parking was $30 and its just a parking lot. They should have it included in your night stay. Im not sure if I would stay again.”
