“I was placed in a room surrounded by families with children running up and down the halls and knocking on doors pretty much all night. The clerk said there wasnt anything that could be done about the noise. The toilet backed up and I called the front desk for a plunger to be sent to the room as I just got out of the shower and was told I had to come down to get it it. The next night was worse than the first. The clerk lied to me and told me the hotel was full and I couldn't be moved, then I was...

“The room keys were not properly created and had to be reset. Housekeeping comes every second day, although this wasn’t communicated at check in. The person at the front desk was not overly accommodating. The hard surfaces on the hotel room floor were sticky and dirty. Never again will I stay at this property.”

“Room was clean, quiet and very nice. It got a bit loud at time, I can hear the children next door playing or rough housing. Might be cool to have an adults only section. Breakfast was good but overcrowded and the guests were a bit impatient and rude. Overall, great for families. Staff was very attentive and seeet. Will definitely stay here again but next time will skip the breakfast.”

“Nos toco la habitacion con un foco grande afuera, y no nos dejaba dormir entraba demasiada luz al cuarto, parecia que era de dia, pague por una cama mas grande y me dieron la matrimonial y reclame y no me hicieron caso , no sale agua caliente , estaba limpio fue lo unico bueno ”

“First my room had problems and then electricity went out for awhile and ask if some credit would be given for inconvenience and the person in the reception was rude. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel was clean and had a full kitchen. However, I felt there was a lack of hot water when I took a shower, and I do wish that they offered continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly also, and I will definitely stay there again if I travel back to Texas.”

“The property was clean, except for the seating area in the lobby had quite a few dirty chairs. But the biggest issue, albeit a minor one, is that there is a step lid garbage can near the coffee that is broken. So you have to touch it with your hands to open it, and it was overflowing every single day we were there. Empty the trash people! And replace that garbage can.”
