“We stayed here for one night with our family of four (two kids) and had a great experience overall. The staff were very friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone and our bags. The beds were comfortable, though we did notice both beds were quite squeaky. The hotel has a very modern, vibrant vibe. “I booked 4 nights at this hotel and my stay was wonderful. I appreciated the location being near transportation ( GO buses and trains), many nice restaurants in the neighborhood, on Main Street. The hotel staff is amazing, always smiling, ready to help and very professional. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the beds are comfortable and the nights were quiet although there was a big group attending the hotel on the Weekend.”

“When check in the room the sink was choked complained to staff they promised to address on return in the evening issue still not addressed sink was overflowing. Promised to change the room returned late night room was never changed. In middle of night changed to room myself no help.
