“When check in the room the sink was choked complained to staff they promised to address on return in the evening issue still not addressed sink was overflowing. Promised to change the room returned late night room was never changed. In middle of night changed to room myself no help. After few hours the power was cut, no AC, no light, no elevators, no room phone service. Power was never restored till I left around 11.00.
