“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

“No in-room coffee or small refrigerator. No working ice machines. No free breakfast or even free coffee.”

“The accommodation was pretty standard for essentially a remodeled motel. Breakfast was so-so. Didn't find the front desk staff particularly helpful. Security was poor as there was NO key fobs for entering into floors from the elevators. I would not return for that reason!!!”

“We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain...

“Clean & very pretty room, staff was helpful & pleasant, Breakfast was really good, Casino was nice but way too smokey. Allowing smoking ruins it for me, thus I do not spend much time in it. A disappointment.”

“Wow, this was one of the cleanest, largest, and most full of amenities rooms I have seen in a long time! The staff was super pleasant and helpful, the wifi was fast and easy, the room had a kitchen and fridge and was multiple rooms, and was ONLY $100!!! I highly recommend the Plaza which was right off the main street through Carson City, near great restaurants (eat at Red's) and I will stay here whenever I am in Carson!”

“Great location, excellent room on the 5th floor! Everything seemed fresh & new after the recent remodel. Fun in the casino downstairs, great drinks. Restaurant was a bit lacking for breakfast, they were “slammed”, probably due to a lack of other options in the area. Food came out cold, a bit slow but friendly service. She was trying! Free, secure parking out front - I wasn’t worried about my bike in the back of the truck. Will definitely return at some point!👍”
