“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

“Super clean, newer property. We had amazing views of mountains and there are so many shopping. Entertainment, and food choices in walking distance. ”

“Husband and I spent three nights in the two room suite. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our generous free breakfast. We plan to return later this year and recommend staying here.”

“Parking online says $8 per day. I was charged $24 per day. Found a teeth flosser in spare bed. Also had to ask for pillow case for spare bedding didn't include one. Had to ask housekeeping for a shampoo as they had 2 body washes and 1 conditioner in the shower.”

“Everything was good except two things. One, the shower did not get hot enough for our family’s taste. The second one was that the house cleaner came in even after my girls said no you may not come in. She may not have heard it, not sure. It is also my fault that I did not place the do not disturb sign on the door knob when I went down to the laundry room. ”

“Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...

“The Hotei is new but sits right next to the freeway and under a flight path for planes coming into land at the local airport. The decor is simple with lots of hard surfaces. So everytime a client opens or closed their room door the sound echoes down the hallways. The room doors don't close, they slam. The room amenities are minimal...one tiny shampoo and soap. No hair dryers. Small sized towels. A nice small kitchen but completely empty...so useless except for the refrigerator...unless you...

“Spacious room given to us two bathrooms and 2 separate rooms which was awesome, clean but a little outdated Friendly staff, breakfast ( continental) not bad and clean kitchen ”

“Room was okay. Basic. In-the-wall AC/heater unit. Housekeeping skipped stopping by and restocking coffee and trash once. One coffee pod given per night for 4-cup machine. Most annoying part was us getting there and our room being ready, yet being charged a $25 fee to check in “early” after a long travel day. We paid because we were tired, but most places will let you check in as a courtesy if the room is available. Other than that, it was okay. I won’t be back as I saw there are many other...
