“Hallways smell like marijuana and cigarettes. Very sketchy people hanging out in the hallways. Walls and doors are thin, can hear people from all directions. Sheets were filthy, didn't look like they were washed at all. Towels smelt really gross, regret wiping my face with them. I couldn't have a shower, I was disgusted. Was with my wife and child, we didn't feel safe. I can hear a lady in the hallway yelling that someone was recording her. There was a gentleman that was hanging out in the...

“It’s under construction, so it is somewhat chaotic. No shampoo or conditioner provided, only shower gel. Staff are nice and helpful.”

Also, our room (#101) was very loud bc there was a side door to the outdoors that was very loud when closed and their were lots of guests coming in & out of that loud door late night & early morning. Sounded like someone was opening & shutting our door all the time. Also hot tub was out of order.”
