“This house is in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to enjoy in Newport. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it again the whole stay. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to relax and they even serve homemade baked goods for breakfast. This is the second time I have stayed at Admiral Syms house and will definitely be back.”

“We had a great stay! The apartment is comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Check in was simple and communication was easy. Had everything we needed for a weekend away.”

“The apartment could not be in a more central location in Newport! We enjoyed easy access to many local bars and restaurants including being ten steps from O'Briens Pub. The apartment has a nice deck space with harbor views for morning coffee. Would stay again when in Newport! ”

“Perfectly located, we didn’t have to drive once during our 6-day stay. Beach is walking distance, RIPTA bus took us to attractions in town, and we bicycled everywhere else (including the festival grounds)! The cottage was big enough for the two of us, kitchen well equipped and plenty of outdoor space for grilling and dining. We highly recommend it!”

“The studio is perfect in every way. A very comfortable bed, the kitchen had all we needed, a nice size bathroom, plenty of seating, and the ac/ceiling fan kept the temperature just right. We loved how the studio is bright and open and has a wonderful view. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you Cara & Caroline!”

“We were visiting Bristol for a wedding and needed a place for 4 adults and our 4-month-old. There was plenty of space for all adults and a pack-and-play. Christie was super responsive and made check-in & -out a breeze. The apartment was exactly as pictured and clean. We would definitely stay here again.”

The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay, as everything was super clean and the check-in process was very easy. In addition, we arrived to a refrigerator full of bottled waters and snacks on the counter for us. Highly recommended!”

“The pictures do not match what the apartment actually looks like. It’s smaller than depicted with less seating. It isn’t in a great area and it was on the top floor which I don’t recall being told. Overall a bad experience. ”

"La mia permanenza in questo hotel non è stata soddisfacente. Il personale della reception non era gentile ne’ disponibile. Le chiavi elettroniche non funzionavano bene e abbiamo dovute sostituirle più volte. La struttura non è bella e non è tenuta bene. Le stanze sono discrete, abbastanza grandi con spazio per valigie ed effetti personali, c’è una vista carina sul porto. La posizione è oggettivamente molto centrale e strategica per visitare Newport. Tuttavia la pulizia è molto approssimativa, il bagno direi sporco. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e la stanza non è stata mai rigovernata e pulita. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con pochi asciugamani…. Da ultimo, le stanze non sono insonorizzate e si sentono rumori incredibili a tutte le ore. Mi spiace ma non tornerei in questo albergo "
