“We came to Oklahoma and read reviews before booking. And very Disappointed. There was dog hair all over the floor the room smelled bad ( my daughter is allergic to dogs). The hotel had like 8 dead birds when we pulled up outside. Not a very good stay for the price I paid.”

“Overall was a good stay. Several people in our group had issues with their reservations and management wasn’t helpful. Those that paid for bigger rooms that weren’t available had to pay a higher price for 2 rooms.”

“The woman who were at the front desk were super kind, and helpful. The house cleaning staff were available at any time as well. It made me feel right at home! And thank you to everyone in the kitchen! The breakfast was amazing!”

“The room was very nice. However I happened to notice the ceiling vent in the bathroom was packed full of dust. Kind of an ick feeling wondering what else may have been overlooked. The other issue was during breakfast. The juice fountain had an out of order sign attached to it. I know things breakdown from time to time, but it seemed offputting that no alternative access to juice was offered.”

“Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay.”
