“I booked this Hotel due to it's close proxomity to Accor for (State of Origin 1) The confusing part for me was where to check in as it's a Hotel/Pub so you walk into the bar and basically find a random staff member who will take your details and give you a key (I can't even remember the last time I used a key for a room and not a swipe card) The location itself I didn't realise until after I checked out was quite close to Homebush station so fellow travellers keep that in mind. “The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops.”

“Decent accomodation about 15 minutes walk to Burwood Plaza. Had complementary parking and continental breakfast ( basic). Except for the pillows being a bit on the firmer side had no other issues. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit which was spacious. The check in staff was super nice- thank you.”

The staff were all very friendly and helpful though, and I was told explicitly no smoking in my room. “This hotel locates in a very nice neighborhood, bus stop and supermarket just steps away. Walk to the ferry terminal enjoying fantastic views on the way. Staff are very friendly. Bars and restaurant on the ground floor. Only not very convenient is sharing bathroom. But we managed well with it.”
