Hotel vicino a Congdon Park - Bristol

“The carpet in our room was ripped and looked dirty, and the bed skirt had a big stain on it. It was ripped it made me feel like the room was dirty. They were out of a lot of stuff for breakfast and we were down there early around 9 AM.”

“After checking in late got up the next morning. Had mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room was dirty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Asked for more and they want 1.50 each. Because of the mold we checked out instead of staying the 4 nights. Refuse a refund for unused days. Place was nasty and staff was unhelpful.”

“Nice, affordable place to stay. Wasn’t aware until check-in that they were installing a new TV provider. Air conditioning fan was very loud which had to be turned off at night.”

“The guy working was friendly and helpful. I arrived to check in at 12:30am, he gave me a key and pointed me to my room. After multiple attempts, I had to go back to have a new one printed - that one didn’t work either. He printed a third key and tried it himself, reliizing it didn’t work because someone was already staying in that room, for whatever reason, their system allows them to put multiple people in the same room, luckily the key didn’t work or we would have all been in for a surprise.”

“Very misleading pictures online. The pool and hot tub were vile, cloudy, sediments on the benches in the hot tub. No towels to use, I don’t believe the floor had been mopped ever. The room was filthy. Looked like there was blood on the curtains. We checked in for about 3 hours and left. The walls had very clear areas that were dirty and had not been wiped down. The hallways smelled like smoke, there were odd stains on the stairs. A random wet towel piled in the corner of one stair. Weird vibes...

“I needed a quick place to crash for cheeep . This was it . The kid checking me in was very nice . Honestly the entire hotel smelled like weed . As soon as you walk into the lobby to moment I got to my room. As for my room. Lots of pillows l like that . The mattres was hard . Like I feel the springs in my back hard. And the air conditioner was subpar at best pushing out at 60*”

“A little wear and tear in the shower, but overall a beautiful hotel! Spacious rooms, very clean, nice gym and bar onsite is nice!”

“Our room was pretty dirt but we got in late. There was a big wad of hair on the bathroom floor. There also looked to be boogers wiped on the bathroom wall and the tub was dirty. Other than that we were not in our room much due to a tournament. Breakfast did end really early. I feel like most hotels it is open till 10:30-11 but this one closed at 9:30 sharp! We missed it by 4 minutes”

“Good location and close to food. Hotel wasn’t as good as the other part of the chain a few miles away.”

“Overall, it was a good stay at this location. The main carpets and steps are old and in need of some minor repairs. The room was excellent, has a very comfy bed and the shower was terrific. The room could use an overhead light over by the desk. And I would ask for an extra blanket. Parking was plentiful and the lot was clean and in good shape. Both folks at the front desk were polite, professional and helpful. In a good location too as there was a Perkins and a Cracker Barrel within walking...

“This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a motel 6. The door had a giant hole liked it had been kicked in. The room was dirty and had a bad odor. The doors security lock was broken and the door itself was badly damaged. We ended up driving 3 hours home to avoid sleeping in that room.”

“Our room was clean, but very dingy and old. Water stains everywhere with wallpaper peeling off the walls. The breakfast was also not great.”
