“Everything was wonderful ”

“Nice, affordable place to stay. Wasn’t aware until check-in that they were installing a new TV provider. Air conditioning fan was very loud which had to be turned off at night.”

“The room and property itself was very clean and well kept up! The breakfast section was very small but there are great places to eat close by, we loved the toasted turtle! We were in town for a concert and it was a good distance out of the crowds! Would definitely stay again!”

“Our room was pretty dirt but we got in late. There was a big wad of hair on the bathroom floor. There also looked to be boogers wiped on the bathroom wall and the tub was dirty. Other than that we were not in our room much due to a tournament. Breakfast did end really early. I feel like most hotels it is open till 10:30-11 but this one closed at 9:30 sharp! We missed it by 4 minutes”

“Very misleading pictures online. The pool and hot tub were vile, cloudy, sediments on the benches in the hot tub. No towels to use, I don’t believe the floor had been mopped ever. The room was filthy. Looked like there was blood on the curtains. We checked in for about 3 hours and left. The walls had very clear areas that were dirty and had not been wiped down. The hallways smelled like smoke, there were odd stains on the stairs. A random wet towel piled in the corner of one stair. Weird vibes...

“The only thing was the toilets in the handicap rooms were very low and hard to get off of if you are handicap.”

“The carpet in our room was ripped and looked dirty, and the bed skirt had a big stain on it. It was ripped it made me feel like the room was dirty. They were out of a lot of stuff for breakfast and we were down there early around 9 AM.”

“Nice updated or new hotel only down far was finding it as it’s located behind a gas station and you have to use their parking lot to access the hotel parking lot and there was no signage indicating the best western. Bed and rooms we comfortable. Breakfast was normal complimentary hotel breakfast. Never used pool, was hoping for a hot tub but there wasn’t one at this location.”

“The hotel room was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. What I don’t appreciate is the housekeeping people waking us up on the last day. Check out is noon and we had the do not disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping knocked at 9:15 and woke us up. I told the man we are staying until checkout. Yet he came back a little after 11 and knocked again. There should be better coordination so housekeeping knows when a person has left or at the very least, honor the do not disturb sign until...

“After checking in late got up the next morning. Had mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room was dirty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Asked for more and they want 1.50 each. Because of the mold we checked out instead of staying the 4 nights. Refuse a refund for unused days. Place was nasty and staff was unhelpful.”

“The property was well maintained and clean. The was a good variety for the breakfast buffett. It’s in a good location with several restaurants and shopping within a few minutes. Had a couple of issues. We requested a crib as we were traveling with a 9 month old. When it finally got delivered it was just the crib itself, when went to inquire about the mattress they offered a small stack of blankets as a substitute.
