“Booked two rooms here and the front desk said I only had booked one. We had a long travel day, so once we got in the room after my shower- looked it up and lo and behold we had booked 2 rooms. They gave us the keys to other other room. Not a big deal, but annoying. The second issue was they hadn’t written us down on the shuttle schedule. “I really wonder if all these reviews are paid. This was by far the dingiest courtyard place we’ve stayed at. When I booked it said Breakfast was offered but they charged $18 for a buffet that I wouldn’t have eaten even if it were free. Overall, it was a very strange experience.”

“The only reason to stay here is the convenience of location and shuttles to/from the airport and the train station. The staff is polite enough (and the shuttle drivers friendly and helpful), but the amenities are definitely sub par, especially the worn carpeting in the public areas (some creating a potential tripping hazard) and the poor condition of the 2nd floor laundry (pooling water on the floor which was not attended to.)”

“We arrived to find out that the hot tub was not in use. We were told to speak with the morning staff for some kind of credit. When we checked out and asked about it they said they couldn't credit a third party booking. Ultimately, they comped our breakfast, but it was disappointing not to have the hot tub or be alerted so we could choose another hotel. Also the housekeeping schedule was confusing. We kept having to ask to get the room done up.”

“Visited Alaska and stayed here at this hotel for couple of nights.Staff not very courteous or service oriented.Texted them twice regarding having a roll away bed as we were a family of 5 and reserved their largest room no response.Got there and told by receptionist it will be an extra 15 dollars per night for a roll away bed we agreed.The roll away bed was just left outside our room to take inside and set up and make the sheets not sure what is the 15 dollars per night for if you are not going...

“The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was super helpful and the shuttle made it possible to explore the city without renting a car or paying for Ubers. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning as well! The pool and hot tub need work (hot tub not functional and the pool was older and cold - plus the tile around the pool was extremely slick and not super safe) Other than the pool/hot tub, the hotel was great! We actually stayed there two different times because we enjoyed it so...

“It’s deceiving, they show pics of the front entrance and the beautiful lobby, but the place is run down and old nasty carpet, and the reason I chose there and paid so much was for the pool… it was so cold the kids shivered while in it. No hot tub so I’m sure it was not heated… indoor pool and no sun or heat is ridiculous. Was not happy at all… kinda getto feeling.”
