“Location is great. Cleaning isn’t good, there was a lot of hair from another person on the bathroom floor, tiles in the kitchen were full of mouldy grout. Laundry area hadn’t been cleaned at all.”

“The apartment that we stayed in had been freshly painted and the fumes were overwhelming. Woke up with headache. The other apartment had minor problems like the shower head was broken and the sink wouldn't drain.”

“Over all was a great place to stay. I was on the 6th floor and had poor internet to stream on the TV, this was the only source for watching anything. The A/C could not be set any lower than 20 degrees which I found to be on the warm side.”

“The apartment was clean , but needs to be repainted as you could see where they had fix some damage and the repainted parts were obvious. Some might not even notice, but having done repairs on my own property I did notice. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Gated community with shops across the street.”

“Property is starting to show it's age now. Broken fittings and fixtures common in most of the apartments I have stayed in the last 12 months. There also appears to have been several changes in management in this time which meant that the necessary maintenance of fixtures and fittings hasn't been a priority. It's still a very good option compared to staying in a hotel room. Some attention to the details however would make it a better place to stay.”

“We loved our stay at La Promenade. Exactly as advertised, clean and well laid out with friendly staff. It is currently being renovated a few rooms at a time, but of no imposition to our stay. This will only make it a more attractive proposition in the future.”

“Bedroom was okey one side of the bed tp close to the door glass, cover of the bed too old and smell, bathroom not clean in the way need . curtains bad not close in good way to avoid any sunny time early morning spa shower very hard to use .floor of the spa dirty sofas in the lounge need to clean ,blinds dirty also . very sad because was Accord Hoteles that was a booking ,not any more.”

“Bed linen was clean but there was no base on the bed so the matress sagged. Clothes dryer was in bad state - didn't dry clothes and was incredibly noisy. No on site check in - which was advertised on the booking app. Ok if you just need a place to sleep. ”
