“This is our 3 rd visit . The first 2 times there was small packets of cereal for thr milk which i liked as i have trouble swallowing white bread. On the great side the pizza is awesome we h E”

“È un motel nei pressi dell'aeroporto. Le stanze sono un po vecchie e poco curate, gli insetti brulicano e la zona è un po' morta. Il personale ci ha accolto con il sorriso, nonostante il check-in anticipato non comunicato. Puntuali nelle indicazioni, ci hanno fatto anche delle stampe gratuitamente, sempre con un gran sorriso in viso. Bell'impatto con la gente australiana. Per una notte è una buona sistemazione. “Easy parking and check in. Room was quiet and clean with bottled water, chocolates and biscuits along with coffee and tea. Only down side was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Also when returning to the property after a concert around midnight we were able to enter the lift lobby and go up to our floor without swiping a card. Just swiping to access our room. All team members were extremely helpful and engaging to deal with. Breakfast was very good with pricing similar to local cafes.”

“Communication between staff was not good and made organising access to our room difficult. 1 said we could possibly get access at 11 then next not until 3pm. We would have paid for access. More powerpoints in the room are needed, especially near the bed for medical devices.”

“A toaster would have been a good item to have in the kitchenette. Very basic unit but ok for a late arrival and early departure. Handy to airport. ”
