“There was a parking bay for each room but guests are told to psrk anywhere with the result that its almost impossible to get a spot near the allocated room. This dilly idea csuses friction between the guests😡”

“Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot.”

“We had to change from a better room and downgraded ourselves to a smaller room as the previous was in a horrible condition. Hotel staff was happy to change us but did not refund for any downgrade. Can i please request for a refund of the downgrad”

“I've stayed here about 4 times over the last 2 months for hospital visits. Was really let down by our last visit. The room was maintained very well with lights, low battery with keys not working and no telephone working and in addition microwave on lock. I bought this to the attention of reception however being a Sunday night maintenance could attend & we were out for most of days. “The kitchen was fully equipped apart from the coffee machine that was mentioned on their advert and very clean and roomy. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back again when in the area. Highly recommend. The only thing I would like to mention is in their maintenance inspection they omitted replacement of two downlight bulbs. One in the lounge over the lamp and in the bedroom on the window side. However this may been purely because they ran out of bulbs as they replaced three or four in the...

“Basically the room was satisfactory, being clean and the bed comfortable. I liked the breakfast cereal there for us and ample milk. I loved the fact that there was a small basin and detergent to wash up in. I hate having to wash up cups etc in the bathroom sink for obvious reasons. “Large and well laid out motel room, undercover parking and 1 minute walk to the hotel. Good food menu and plenty of variety in the bar. Will book again.”

“Check-in was simple and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was right next to the cabin. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and plenty of great places to eat. We loved our stay and will be back again.”
