“I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well looked after, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were so helpful and really made us feel welcome. I'd highly recommend staying here, especially for families, as they're very accommodating and make you feel right at home. “Stayed here overnight during a weeknight as a family of five, and while we went in with an open mind after reading the reviews, the experience still fell short. Reception closes at 5pm, so we made sure to call ahead. We first rang at 3pm to advise we’d arrive around 5:30pm, then called again at 4:50pm to let them know we were only six minutes away. “Did a late-check in which was difficult to organise on the day (search for the hotel for contact details, the number on Expedia just rings out) however after-hours security can get you in with booking number, ID and credit card ($200 deposit). 2-ply toilet paper was really disappointing after the impression the lobby made. Short walk from public transport and amenities. Would recommend if this was cheaper than the $230ish we paid p/night.”

“QT is always a great brand hotel. The design and service is amazing. Here you have great parking and good sea view in certain rooms. The breakfast is super healthy and good quality. ”

“The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”
