“Great location near the beach and shops. Basic accommodation that was accurately described in the profile. Annoying to have to bring all our own linen since every other house we’ve booked provides it. Strange that there were wet towels left in the bathrooms and to have the all power off when we arrived, particularly as there was milk left in the fridge that was turned off. All in all though it was just what we needed for a quick stop off. Cooks Beach is lovely and worth a visit. ”

“Deck outside needs cleaning and sprucing up b4 summer otherwise property was clean and tidy. Could do with Sky or expanded TV/sport/film options especially in autumn/winter weather. Self checkin worked easily..”

“Great property on the ocean with lovely views, nice outdoors bar/restaurant food court kind of set up with outdoor fireplace to sit by, and very convenient to the main events - Hot Water beach where you can literally dig a hole in the sand (all the hotels provide shovels), that fills with hot geothermal water and creates your own shallow hot tub (or just use one someone else dug when they leave as we did!), and Cathedral Cove. The ocean views from our room which was roomy and comfy were stunning...

“Loved the outlook to the beach. The bed was fantastic. Great to have Sky TV. Walking distance to the surf beach. Great proximity to the Old Mill Cafe. The unit could have been cleaner - the outside of the fridge was dirty, toilet wasn’t properly cleaned, vanity sink not properly cleaned. Unusually the policy included washing our own dishes or being charged extra. Could not get hold of anyone to try and check in an hour early. Not a big deal, but would have appreciated a call back.
