“I have to say my room was ok but I was given a receipt for $135 and my bank card was charged $329! I am very upset about it. Also the pool area is very small for such a large hotel. Not worth the money.”

“The hotel was just ok. The location and the pool area were nice. The hallways of the hotel were extremely hot and humid - like no AC was on at all. The bathrooms all need to be renovated. The towels were very dingy and gross. We also were only given 2 towels. I requested more towels, and we were never given any more towels. I think overall the hotel was overpriced for what you actually get.”

“Had an issue with the people next door smoking on the balcony and having the smoke come into my room so I couldn't enjoy the balcony and when I told the front desk, not once, but twice, they said they are not allowed to knock on their door. Parking was valet only, and there was no free breakfast. The free cookies were good, but the hotel didn't offer enough for me to want to stay and enjoy the amenities. I went to the beach instead and used the ameneties of a nearby hotel instead.”
