“This property is clean, new and convenient. Two lights from I-80 and near the main shopping mall in Coralville. There's tons of nearby places to eat and shop. It's ten minutes to Iowa City and the University and it's an easy straight shot to drive there. The breakfast was good and the property everything you'd expect from this brand.”

“The room we got smelled like mildew and nold very unclean. The sofa chair was filthy.”

“During the night right after we retired (around 12 or 12:30 pm) several individuals were on the sidewalk right next to our unit #101 Efficiency King. They were talking very loud (sometimes shouting) and had rap music playing loudly. (It sounded like they were in the next room of OUR suite! After listening to it for over an hour, we called the front desk to complain. It took 2 calls to the desk and over an hour before they were quiet. The breakfast was also very disappointing!”
