“We were very happy with the place. It rained 4 out of the 5 days but can only blame mother nature for that. There was no canoe which we had counted on so we could go fishing. We fished off the pier but was not the same. It advertised as having kayaks and a canoe. That was our only disappointment.”

“This is a perfect little cabin with a beautiful view of the lake. My favorite part was sitting at the end of the dock in a lawn chair, sipping coffee and enjoying a pastry while taking in the peaceful views of the lake near the Yellow River. Will be back for another stay later on this year. ”

“This was my first visit to this cabin, and to the area, and I loved it! My Border Collie and I enjoyed hanging out seeing and listening to nothing but nature. The cabin is set well back off a very lightly travelled country road surrounded by trees. It had a nice fire pit area, and some hiking trails on the other side of the pond and around the huge yard. “Me and my boyfriend wanted a little get away and this resort was perfect it was so peaceful and clean! The cabin we stayed in was adorable. “We had the most amazing time at this location. The lake is a flat walkout, which is so rare on Lake Wissota. The sunsets were perfect! We caught lots of fish in the evening! Small Mouth Bass, Walleye & Catfish. Communication was a 5 out of 5! We will definitely be back!! ”
