“We had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff who cleaned were wonderful most staff were very kind and greeted us in yhe halls. The issue we had was the air-conditioning was not working and nothing was done. The room was so humid I could not get my hair or makeup right for the wedding we were there to attend. A staff at the front desk said to open the sliding glass door to let the night cool breeze in the problem is there is no screens and bugs can get in the room and the balcony...

“We stayed two nights (not consecutive) My husband is disabled and we generally like Hampton Inn because if you get a king room, there’s a walk in shower. The first night we had a king room, and it seemed fine, BUT the bed was CRAZY high, and he had a terrible time getting in and out and wound up on the floor at 2:30 am and couldn’t get up - we had to call the desk for help, and John came up and he was AWESOME - very kind and also strong and helped get my husband up off the floor.
