“Grande resort sull’oceano con tantissimi servizi per ogni tua esigenza, ottimi ristoranti, tantissimo personale attento e disponibile. Ottimo il servizio di navette per muoversi all’interno del resort. Tantissime piscine con vista sull’oceano. Camere ampie, pulite, con balcone vista faraglioni. Un soggiorno molto rilassante.”

“Un kaos total desde la llegada, la llave no funcionó bajé a recepción 3 veces que no abría la llave, la de recepción mal encarada fue conmigo y abrió el cuarto, quedaro de repararlo, salí a comer y quedaron en hacerlo, llegué y seguía igual bajé a recepción a decirle y la srita con la misma actitud grosera, fue el de mantenimiento a abrir y loas 30 min lo repararon, el baño tenía fuga de agua, ahora estoy pidiendo mi factura y es la hora que no me la hacen ”

“The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. ”

Noi avevamo prenotato una suite club con divano letto e letto king, in pratica un appartamento con una camera con vasca idromassaggio e un bagno con doccia murata, water e lavandino (no bidet), un angolo cottura ben fornito (frigo grande, freezer, due piastre cottura, un microonde enorme, un tostapane...) con stuzzichini e bibite che sono a pagamento, un soggiorno e un bel balcone/terrazzo. “This is a nice resort. Clean. Beautiful infinity pool. One noticeable major issue, however is the accessibility to food and drinks. It was difficult to order drinks and food around the pool. It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. The tipping system wasn’t clear. One of our servers at dinner expected an $80 tip. It was disappointing given the price paid for...

“Room (2bdrm) was very nice and spacious with a full size jacuzzi on a large balcony. They had a really nice charcuterie board and good bottle of wine waiting when we arrived! Restaurant downstairs was pretty good, highlight was the ice cream which was amazing. It has an ocean view but it’s not oceanfront, probably the only downside we found. But great for families based on the size of the room. Would return.”
