“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“My stay with Hampton Inn in Naperville was wonderful. The front desk helped me so much because I did not have a reservation as previously thought. Unfortunately my reservation was at Holiday Inn but I was unaware of it because no confirmation email was sent . Hampton Inn only had one room available but I was so thankful to get that room by being a Honor member . “Be advised that website is very misleading. There is a 12.90 per day parking fee and the breakfast is not free. ”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“The hotel is clearly being renovated. Floor tiles in the lobby were broken and missing and clearly a hazard until they are replaced. The rooms are only serviced every other day but you are not told and towels and such had best not need replacing or you will have to shake yourself dry😀. The jets in the bathtub were caked in unidentifiable junk so skip using it as a jacuzzi. “We had some minor issues we cleanliness that we didn’t report till the end but front desk was very helpful addressing them.”

“It was lots of noise in there hallway, people screaming very loud and it was ongoing for hours until past midnight. I don’t think this has anything to do with the staff of the hotel because I don’t think they heard the nice I should’ve reported, but I was too tired., well I think they should have camera in their hallway so they can see what’s going on”
