Hotel vicino a Royal Golf Club at Klein Creek - Chicago

“Not a great place considering that it ran us $175/night. Was expecting something much nicer for the price. Room was Spartan - missing furniture. Example: Coffee maker sitting on top of mini fridge in the floor in a corner. No table. No desk. Just weird. Strong smell of weed in parking lot. Bathroom was nice and clean. Room was clean. Bed was fine. Overall though, not a great experience.”

“This entire motel is neglected, it should not exist! Floor trim peeling off, windows broken, shower full of mold and scum, peeling caulk. Door locks broken You don't want this motel on your website. It is a disgusting place!!”

“This place did not look anything like the pictures. It was dirty and unkept. Linens were stained. Carpet was filthy. Walls peeling. There were spills in the hallway left sitting with towels on top. I mean... Terrible experience. ”

“Was not advised about construction prior to booking. Breakfast buffet not worth price. No menu items on weekend, eat somewhere else. Noisy room on freeway side and heater loud when turning on. Very convenient location.”

“First, we arrive with an Expedia reservation and the Comfort Suites has "no record" of it. The desk clerk (with limited English) has to talk to his manager and tells me I have to call Expedia. Expedia confirms we have a reservation and gives them a virtual card (because I have already paid through Expedia) but that virtual card is supposed declined.
