“Enjoyed it very much. Bonus there was a nice indoor/outdoor bar & grill right next door to enjoy. Laundry available in unit. Initially didn't seem to get exact check in info such as room # and key/code to get in but a call to VRBO resolved that relatively quickly (10-15mins). Only downside was from the balcony picture it looked out to very nice peaceful waterway; however what I don't remember in the pictures, was if you look the other way, it's a 4 lane hwy. Not able to enjoy the balcony...

“This property was awesome! We had 5 adults and 1 child. Everyone had a fabulous time. If we needed anything or any information, the front desk was quick to accommodate us. We loved the location, right on the beach. We had plenty of chairs and umbrellas to take on the beach with us. Enjoyed the gym as well as the pool. Would recommend the Avalon to anyone!!”

“The room was very clean and well maintained/new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was great. The room we stayed at had lots of accessories for the beach like chairs and kid’s toys for the beach along with an umbrella. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. It was a great experience overall.”
