“Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”

“Great time spent at Barefoot Beach Club for spring break. Staff was very helpful. Property was very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again!”

“Only spent 1 night in this hotel but what really stood out is how clean it was and how friendly all the staff were. The location was near the Brandon Exchange too so it was convenient when I needed to have my phone screen fixed. Things to consider would be that breakfast ends at 9:30am. For someone who comes from Asia/South Florida that is way too early LOL The pillows were comfortable but my preference would be not that thick. Other travelers love it so that’s another pointer. “The hotel website claims to have a shuttle from the Tampa airport to the hotel. This information is NOT accurate; there is no shuttle. Reception staff simply shrugged their shoulders when questioned about this. Sure, they can't fix it but customer service suggests they at least acknowledge the problem and say they will let management know about it. One room smelled of urine--help! The microwave and safe did not work. Find an alternate hotel!”
