“We have been going to this resort for 4 years. Never had a problem. Loved it there. This year was awful. My son’s comforter was stained with either dry blood or some other bodily function. And then there was a cockroach the size of a matchbox car in our room. We tried to call the front desk 3 times and they did not answer. So my husband and son took pics of the roach and stain and went to the front desk. They were directed to a supervisor. They tried to keep low voices so none of the other...

“Clean rooms nice location”

“They charge $200 unexpected incidental fee that you don't get back for at least 7 days! The property is old very dated and out AC dis not cool even after maintenance checked it twice and said it was good. Parking was terrible The pool and location were the only good things Would not stay here again!”

“This hotel was niceeee my wife and I upgraded to the jasmine suite. 2 bedroom jacuzzi and one the other bathroom had a shower you could fit 6 ppl in there definitely worth it. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all. We highly recommend”

“Very clean, staff super helpful and friendly, Shout out to the lady on 2nd floor during our stay!!! Hotel was having plumbing/construction and parking issues, that was the only downfall.”
