“The bathroom was very dated with a very large awkward non working jetted garden tub. We requested a different room because this was difficult to get in and out of. It has a high pony wall . I am short, my husband has a bad knee. It was a real safety problem. We politely asked to change rooms and were denied that request multiple times. I ended up with a large bruise on the back of my leg from navigating the monstrosity. I had to help my husband in and out of it. They totally disregarded our...
