“Tv not working,beds was not comfortable at all ”

“Lovely, clean room overlooking the black sea. The host was friendly and helpful accomodating our late night arrival. Her ebglish was very good. Parking was in the near by public lot. There was a walk up steps to the hotel. Nessebar is a quaint ancient small town to walk. Highly recommend the Panoramuc Blue.”

“Hotel was 1st class. A real little gem. Everywhere in the hotel was extremely clean. Food was excellent both breakfast and dinner were a delight,good was fresh and plentiful, replenished every when items got low. Bucks fizz for breakfast and the coffee was so good Staff in dinning room were so helpful and attentive and kept the restaurant in tip top. Gabriela the duty manager was so professional and helpful, always greeted guests with a smile. This hotel is a must so near beach and a 10 mins...

“Location is nice, service is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is ok. Overall very clean room and toilet. Bed comfort however is just marginal, with high pillows and average matteras. The shades only lightly obscure the light from the big windows, and you will hear some noise from the Hotel's resto until after dinner time. No complementary bottled water in the room, coffee ot tea. ”
