Resort a Costa del Pacifico

“The property Is in a nice location, but the service Is far from the One of a five stars hotel. I arrived at 8,30 pm and i was not even welcomed wirh a bottle of water. The room Is large, but with old furniture. The level of cleaness Is very low. What Is really unacceptable Is the Sea side. There each piece Is so dirty. The fact that you pay a Daily resort fee should prevent from such things. Beeing Italian the food offerend was not of variety and below an acceptable level of quality. With...

“Staff were very friendly. I thought i had booked a pool/water view but i had a front entance view instead. Property is well maintained, there are a few items that need some attention but nothing major that would disrupt a stay here. Proximity to City Centre was pretty quick by car (15 minutes) ”

“Very relaxing stay! One suggestion I would make is for Las Brisas to eliminate or mae more apparent their two-tiered all inclusive system. We were with a large group and we had different restaurant access privileges and different levels of access to premium drinks at the bar. We had no idea about this difference heading into the trip. Still had a great trip but it was an unexpected minor complication.”

“The staff were phenomenal hard working people with a great attitude. The minor problems we had such as a remote control not working were addressed immediately. If I had any issue I might say the main buffet wasn't open after five quite a few days. That said there were many good food options including 24 hour a day room service.”
