“The property is lovely. Despite being told it was heated, the pool was not heated. (I did not find this out - until after checking the temperature with my hand, and asking the concierge/ front desk to turn up the temperature. Only then did they find out by calling maintenance that the pool heater was not working). There was no mention of when it would be fixed -if ever. ”

“Just got home from a long weekend spent at the beautiful Hotel Bardo. From the beautiful pink and white umbrellas at the pool to the luxurious bathroom and friendly helpful staff, my group of 10 girlfriends from college loved every minute of it. It was authentic luxury not something fake or forced. Great job!”

“The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with.
