“Poco distante dall’aeroporto ed è comodo per raggiungere Vancouver city, è una bella struttura che si sviluppa in orizzontale, con tanto parcheggio e anche un po’ di spazio verde. Le camere sono moderne anche se un po’ piccole rispetto alla media canadese.”

“Tried to call for airport shuttle from the airport and was put on hold forever. Waited for over half an hour before one showed up. Staff at hotel counter not welcoming or friendly. Shower water pressure was weak.”

“It would have been a perfect stay... But I left my jacket after checking out, with the wallet in it. I called the hotel about an hour later and was told to call back in 15 minutes when housecleaning went thru it. A good hour later I called back and was told it was not found. Was told repeated they did not. anything. A friend of mine came later from my request. Asked to see the room. I was again on the phone with them while he was there and was told again it wasn't there. As was my friend. But...
