“The room provided was filthy. There was urine stains on the floor in the bathroom. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 adults and 2 children. No hand or face towels. The front desk was contacted and they provided another room which was satisfactory. ”

“We've been here twice. The first time was great. However, this last time we had problems with dirty rooms, a bug on the bed (not bed bug, but a beetle or roach or something). Just all around needs better cleaning.”

“For the price we paid I’d say it was OK. The room was small but we only needed somewhere to sleep for a night. One problem is that, since was so hot and the air wasn’t running when we got to the room, when we turned the air on, the entire room was wet, even the spread on the bed was got damp. I suggest they turn the air in the rooms on when the temperature outside goes above a certain temp. That would help with the mugginess.
