“Wonderful stay”

“Pensavo che la catena Best Western fosse una garanzia, mentre scarsa pulizia in camera, scale e moquette maleodorante, spogliatoi della piscina da dimenticare... Colazione accettabile anche se la pulizia mancava anche lì. Insomma, sono rimasta veramente male e non ripeterò l'esperienza.”

“This was our first visit to Bournemouth, we were there to assist our granddaughter in her move to university and with the Chine Hotel we picked a gem of an Hotel. Arriving ahead of our check in time, we received a friendly welcome from the young lady on duty at the front desk and she informed us of all the on-site parking facilities available, so a great start. “The hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful. We were able to check in early as our room was ready and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out so we could go round the town. The room was very nice, although the fridge wasn't very cold and one of the mattresses was very soft, a bit like a water bed but I slept ok. Breakfast was amazing!
