“Brilliant location for Poole Quay. Family room spacious, quiet and clean. Disappointing there was no view out of windows not even a glimpse as totally blocked by white permanent shuttering. I don't care if the view is not great but too see the sky would be good. I'm sure there is good reason why shuttered as doesn't make sense otherwise. “Check in was easy and straightforward. We were greeted by friendly staff. The room was clean and presentable. However, it was quite cold. Also you could hear the wind and rain really easily outside, we tried closing the windows as much as possible, but there were some visible gaps still. I can imagine it being really nice in the summer. It is ver well located. We had dinner at the pub downstairs and it was nice. Really pet friendly with some dog bowls available also.
