“Had a wonderful stay at The Beach House. The hosts Carol and Simon were very friendly and welcoming, giving some excellent pointers to nearby attractions and food options. The space itself was beautiful, well-equipped and just what we needed for a relaxing time away. Waking up to see the sea through the window and balcony was just stunning. Very easy to find, convenient parking and all-round wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back again.”

“Never stay here in the summer! A lovely hotel with a great spa but sadly the staff were not interested. Our room (6) was boiling hot, far hotter than 2 other hotel rooms we have slept in over this May 26 heatwave. When we raised this at check in and explained that we would not be able to sleep in the room we were given a spare fan that simply moved the hot are around. “Walkable for us to many attractions although it would have been nice if some tourist information was included by the host. This could be provided from the Tourist Info booths. The room was not clean enough, much room for improvement there. Broken ornaments, sticky floor, torn material and squeaky stools. Appliances not cleaned properly. The bed was comfortable enough but the duvet was far too heavy. Carpet in the hallways leading to the room was very dirty. The dryer was grinding like crazy...
