“We stayed at the Royal Leanardo prior to our cruise disembarking from Southampton. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We found all the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. We would recommend a stay here for anyone prior to a cruise. The concierge arranged taxi reservations and the coordination of transportation to the cruise terminal for the guests. This was helpful.”

“Deluxe room was spotless, however, the shower mixer failed to cool the water to a comfortable temperature. Also, we were unable to switch off the air conditioner fan overnight and understand that we should have been instructed on its operation. Both these issues were reported to management. Staff were very courteous and service was excellent. Overall a very pleasant stay at an excellent hotel.”

"Esperienza poco positiva in quanto nella camera che ci è stata assegnata non funzionava l'impianto di riscaldamento. Non è stato possibile cambiare stanza in quanto l'hotel era al completo, quindi ci è stata fornita una stufetta per riscaldare la stanza. Il personale è stato comunque gentile offrendoci la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente della colazione anche se poi non l'abbiamo sfruttata. L'hotel offre il vantaggio di trovarsi in comoda posizione vicino alla stazione."
