“Clean room, friendly front desk staff. Pool is temporarily closed, standard breakfast. Close to highway so very convenient”

“Booked hotel to use the hot tub after a day of mountain climbing. Informed at check in that hot tub wasn’t working so I could not stay., booked another motel with a functional hottub instead. Notified hotel staff and expedia right way. However neither is able to help issue a refund.”

“We had a wonderful time! We rode the Aufderheide scenic bikeway and the West Fir lodge was a perfect place to stay. Great food, a comfortable room and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy a drink. We had a lovely time and will be back again. The staff were so accommodating and nice. Thank you!”

“First, I had occasion to contact the property several times before our arrival and the staff could not have been nicer nor more pleasant to talk to and were very happy to accommodate my requests. Upon arrival, again the staff was beyond helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond to promise us coffee earlier than their normal set up time (we were out early fishing). The rooms were very clean and everything worked and even though we were close to the freeway, the traffic noise never bothered...

“I had a late check in and early check out and the staff were very friendly and helpful both encounters, very clean and comfortable queen bed room with working TV, great AC, fridge w/ freezer section, microwave, and clean bathroom, shower, & sink! Quiet and nice property, my room was facing away from the road, so no traffic disturbances. Nice walkable sidewalks around the area as well. Stayed 3 nights for a decent price, would stay again.”
