Hotel vicino a Cougar Stadium - Newport

“It was quiet and for the price not bad.”

“The views were amazing!! The room was cleaned with great detail and met our expectations. The pool and hot tub left a lot to be desired. It was green during our stay. The biggest disappointment was having to pay for parking. I did call to inquire about the parking and was told in exchange for paid parking you get free chairs and umbrellas. After arriving I was told the chairs were first come first serve so obviously they were all taken. We had to buy chairs once we got ready to go to the beach....

“The internet did not work in my hotel room; I had to stay in the hotel lobby in order to get internet. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was lovely. The big negative is the property management unilaterally changed my reservation without talking to or confirming with me. When I arrived on the first date of my reservation, they had booked the entire hotel and had no rooms available for me and told me to stay the first night of my reservation down the road at the Hampton Inn and Suites.”

“Great hotel for the area and price. Staff was friendly. The room itself was a little rough. There was stains on the bedding, a hole in the bathroom wall, a hole in the ceiling, the standing shower wasn't sealed correctly so the bathroom would flood every time we showered. We wouldn't stay there again.”

“We arrived and did not have any towels in our room for showering. We had to go up to the front desk and get them all. There was dirt or mold maybe on the ceiling. There was no pool side bar as advertised. Parking and beach access was a plus. The staff was helpful when problems occurred.”

“The room was not clean: the floor was gross, there was dog hair on the sheets and pillow cases, the shower had hair and it was stopped up and flooding. The staff was okay.”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our two children. It was quiet, and pretty clean. You could tell they are still in the process of making improvements to the place. But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. It was a nice little weekend getaway.”

“Front desk guys were rude. No elevators i had my cart ,told them I have cancer and a bad back how am I gonna get the cart upstairs and they shrugged their shoulders. Do rude. They soldered the bathtub stopper so u can't pull it up or down and take a bath, only a shower. The washer destroyed my clothes and stole 8$ of my quarters and they said they had nothing to do with the washer and dryer! And pool was about the size of a kiddy pool. Not worth the price. That's ridiculous and they lied ,they...
