“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“Beds are always clean and comfortable. Always greeted with a warm smile. Christmas morning we awoke to a goodie bad by our door. Very thoughtful management. Breakfast was delicious. It was a great stay!”

“So during our stay this past weekend, 1/31-2/1, there was a massive snow storm. Over a foot of snow fell and we were snowed in. That being said, the staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need and helped us to get another room when we had to end up staying another night because our car was burried! All in all an amazing place. This is the second time we have stayed here and we have not been disappointed yet. Of course then indoor pool,...

“Sound side balcony view was amazing. Room was clean and decorated beautifully. The check in staff, night staff and day staff were all welcoming, friendly, and I really enjoyed my interactions with them. They also have a very CUTE little library section that you can borrow a book from!! Kids books as well! ”

“The hotel was very clean,the staff were very friendly and helpful,the pool was warm,clean,and beautiful,the room was very clean a little outdated but the bed was so comfortable sheets were very soft and the breakfast buffet was slamming would highly recommend this hotel but they dont have a hot tub if your looking for one I really enjoyed my stay very quiet too also the amenities were great stay here if you are ever in Havelock NC the location is awesome as well ”
