“We LOVE staying at this property, but honestly until the double guest room showers are updated we may not return. I am aware there is a queen ADA room, but we cannot stay together in that room as there is only one bed. My mother fell in the shower as there was no non-skid mat in the room. The showers in the double rooms are WAY TOO SMALL and unsafe. It is a miracle that she was not more seriously injured. We did complete an incident report immediately after it happened Saturday afternoon...

“Staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful at all hours! This hotel is very nice and smells amazing as soon as you walk in! Room was very clean. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is because the beds were so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep. My bones literally hurt because the beds were way too firm. If they had comfy beds I would 100% return. But can’t say I will now.”

“The Google Photos of this hotel make it look far more appealing than it actually is. My wife and I stayed here for 4 days and not once did we get fresh towels, toilet paper, trash bags, or sheets. On top of that, each day we were here, our key magically would stop working while we were out around town causing us to repeatedly have to get it fixed. “Breakfast was poor quality and limited choices. Staff was good to deal with. Homeless guy in the back parking lot hanging around. Bed sheets havent been changed in a while, just remade, watched it happen between guests in other rooms. Again staff was good. Over all, not a bad place to stay. there is risk anywhere you go. This seemed minimal.”

“We were traveling to Cherry Point for the airshow the next day. We booked this hotel given it was pretty close to the base when the show was to be held. When we arrived, we saw the C grade sanitation rating at the front desk. The issue was we had driven 3 hours out there and all the other hotels were booked. When we got to our room, it had clearly been heavily smoked in and it had a single king bed. We had requested a room with two double beds given our young kids were with us. The hotel staff...
